As i did the cylinder head strip and rebuild i noticed the electronics slowly stopped working, at the end of the job i charged the battery for a while then tried jumping it. The one mistake i made during this job was not taking the battery off the be charged. Basically a defective tensioner caused the cam belt to slip off and wrap itself around the crank jamming the engine, after carrying out a cylinder head strip and rebuild i had no bent valves and only had to replace a few broken rockers. I'll start by explaining all the previous work carried out on the car before the initial fault. Hello i am currently experiencing a very tricky fault on my 2005 VW Touran 2.0L PD TDI (BKD engine).
